Open plan kitchen with beech worktop, wired glass splash back supporting 3 metre bar top overlooking lounge.
Bar has under floor lighting, cobalt blue bar stools, cobalt blue spots and is the place to relax.
(Sit with a pastis and watch the chef in action).
We both cook well, so don't worry the knives are sharp.
Fitted plain birch and stainless steel units.
Electric hob plus oven.
Stainless steel extractor fan.

Coffee maker, kettle & large fridge/freezer.
Dishwasher.

All pots & pans plus utensils.

Important this and often forgotten. No carpets, just one clean expanse of Mediterranean tiles.
